Privacy Policy
Zextri Privacy Policy
Zextri is a Relationship Intelligence layer for LinkedIn and X. This policy explains what information we process, how we use it, and the choices users have.
Effective Date: May 10, 2026
Introduction
Zextri is a Chrome and Edge browser extension that helps users generate relationship-aware replies, improve posts, support messages, and maintain professional relationships using Relationship Pulse.
Zextri is designed for professional productivity and relationship intelligence. We do not sell personal information or personal data.
Information We Collect
Zextri may collect and process information needed to provide its core functionality, including:
- Visible LinkedIn or X page context, such as post text, message thread context, composer content, and reply context, only when the user requests help.
- Contact names, profile URLs, and contact identifiers, including LinkedIn profile URLs or platform-specific identifiers where available.
- User-provided draft text, messages, or post content that the user asks Zextri to assist with.
- Interaction metadata, such as surface type, platform, timestamps, suggestion actions, and whether a suggestion was generated, inserted, accepted, failed, or ignored.
- Account and authentication information needed to connect the extension to the Zextri backend API.
Zextri follows data minimization principles and aims to collect only the information needed to provide product functionality, improve reliability, and support relationship intelligence features.
How We Use Information
- Generate contextual suggestions for LinkedIn and X replies, messages, and posts.
- Improve the relevance and quality of relationship-aware communication suggestions.
- Support Relationship Pulse and relationship tracking features.
- Maintain authentication and user sessions.
- Detect errors, monitor product reliability, and improve the user experience.
Zextri does not automatically post, send, or publish content on behalf of users. Users always manually review, edit, and submit any content themselves. Users remain responsible for anything they choose to post or send.
Relationship Pulse Data
Relationship Pulse uses relationship interaction metadata to help users understand which professional relationships may need attention.
Relationship memory is built from Zextri-assisted interactions and the visible social context users choose to send when requesting help.
- Contact name, profile URL, platform, and stable contact identifier.
- Last interaction timing and suggestion or telemetry activity.
- Relationship status indicators such as warming, stable, cooling, or critical.
Relationship Pulse is intended to provide lightweight professional relationship awareness. It does not automatically contact anyone.
AI Processing
When a user requests help from Zextri, relevant context may be sent to the Zextri backend API for AI processing using the configured app connection. AI-generated suggestions may include suggested replies, assisted messages, improved post drafts, and lightweight relationship openers.
AI output is assistive only. Users should review all AI-generated suggestions before using them.
Telemetry and Analytics
Zextri may collect telemetry events to understand product usage and improve reliability. Examples include suggestion requested, suggestion generated, suggestion inserted, suggestion accepted, suggestion failed, authentication completed, Relationship Pulse profile opened, and Relationship Pulse opener requested.
Telemetry is used to improve product quality, debug issues, and understand feature performance. We do not use telemetry to sell personal data.
Data Storage
Zextri may store relevant product data in its backend systems, including relationship metadata, suggestion snapshots, telemetry events, and account-related data.
The browser extension may also store authentication tokens and basic settings locally in browser extension storage so the extension can communicate with the Zextri backend API.
Third-Party Services
Zextri may rely on third-party services for hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, analytics, or AI processing. Data shared with these services is used only as needed to operate Zextri product functionality.
Zextri is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn.
User Control
Users remain in control of their use of Zextri. Users can:
- Choose when to request AI-generated suggestions.
- Review, edit, ignore, or delete generated suggestions before using them.
- Uninstall the extension at any time through Chrome or Edge browser settings.
- Request deletion of stored account-related data by contacting Zextri.
- Contact Zextri with questions about privacy or data handling.
Zextri never auto-sends messages, auto-posts replies, or automatically publishes content.
Security
Zextri sends request data to the backend API using secure transmission where supported, such as HTTPS. We take reasonable steps to protect user data from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children's Privacy
Zextri is intended for professional users and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as Zextri evolves. When changes are made, we will update the effective date or otherwise make the revised policy available.
